Notch: .party() | san francisco vol. II
For the second installment of the .party() series, Notch (Markus Persson, Minecraft creator) and Production Club took the party to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Bringing in EDM artists Destructo, M Machine, Skrillex, and Diplo as the talent for the evening, the audience was able to experience a first-ever b2b set by Skrillex and Diplo, now known as Jack U. LED panels were installed directly over the dance floor, creating an inverted video grid above the audience. Using a Street Fighter joystick, Production Club created a custom video game, allowing Notch and his VIP guests to takeover the overhead displays in a race each to fill up the tiles the fastest.
