YouTube Gaming @ E3: Party + Activations
It takes a lot to stand out at the largest games expo in the world, and when YouTube Gaming came to the E3 Gaming Convention in Los Angeles, Production Club designed and produced something they’d never seen before: a retro game store decked out with rare gaming memorabilia leading into a speakeasy-style YouTube Gaming Creators Lounge stocked with food, drinks, and hang-out areas designed to mix business with pleasure. To bring brand awareness outside the convention, Production Club customized an ice cream truck to look like a retro Japanese video game repair vehicle to drive through downtown LA handing out free popsicles shaped like the YouTube Gaming logo.
When it came time for the after party, Production Club transformed the Wisdome complex into a bespoke YouTube Gaming space where guests partied, took photo booth pictures, and caught sets by Dillon Francis & Diplo and Tuff Ghosts on a stage inside a dome.
